A polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell is provided to realize excellent proton conductivity and stability and low ion exchange capacity and hydrocarbon fuel permeability. A polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell comprises a blend of a copolymer represented by the following formula 1 and a polymer represented by the following formula 2. In the formulae, R1 and R2 are the same or different, and represent alkyl, amine, alkoxy, carbonyl or F; R3-R10 are the same or different, and represent H, alkyl, amine, alkoxy, carbonyl or F; R12 and R13 are the same or different, and represent alkyl, amine, alkoxy, carbonyl or aryl; k is an integer of 1-12; l is an integer of 1-1,000,000; m is an integer of 1-1,000,000; p is an integer of 10-1,000,000; and Y represents a proton conductive group. |
