A disk guide device of a disk drive is provided to extend guide height range for a disk loaded in the disk drive by allowing a first elastic member to incline a disk-loaded portion of a guide plate downward at a predetermined angle. A disk guide device of a disk drive comprises an eject arm(60), a guide plate(63), a first elastic member(65), and a guide roller(71). The eject arm is rotatably installed at a main chassis whose one side is covered by a main chassis cover(31). The guide plate is rotatably installed at the front end of the eject arm to limit a guide range of a front end of a disk between the front end of the eject arm and the main chassis cover. The first elastic member, which is a leaf spring whose one end is fixed to the eject arm and the other end exerts an elastic force between the guide plate and the eject arm, is installed on the eject arm, inclining the guide plate so that a space between the front end of the guide plate and the main chassis cover can be increased more than the inside of the guide plate. The guide roller, whose one side makes a tight contact with the main chassis cover, is rotatably installed at a rotary shaft(67) at the front end of the eject arm to guide a side end of the disk.
