摘要 A wavelength conversion device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase nonlinear conversion efficiency of the wavelength conversion device by maximizing the nonlinear efficiency by limiting paths passing the light in several micro zones. A wavelength conversion device is composed of a ferroelectric determining substrate of a non-linear medium having an optical waveguide(5) and periodically poled patterns, a buffer layer(4) formed on the optical waveguide and periodically poled patterns, an angle polishing surface formed on one surface of the ferroelectric determining substrate and the buffer layer, a coating layer formed on the surface of the angle polishing surface, a temperature control unit disposed at the lower part of the ferroelectric determining substrate, and a sub mount(7) disposed at the lower part of the temperature control unit.
