A organic sulfonic cyanoguanidine salt, a method for preparing the organic sulfonic cyanoguanidine salt, an antistatic agent, a dispersant and a flame retardant comprising the salt, and a resin using the salt are provided to improve flame retardancy, antistatic property and the dispersion of a pigment. A organic sulfonic cyanoguanidine salt is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is a branched, cyclic or aromatic C1-C100,000 hydrocarbon group containing at least one hetero functional group selected from N, O and S at a main chain or a side chain; and n is an integer of 1 or more. The organic sulfonic cyanoguanidine salt is prepared by dissolving cyanoguanidine in a heated solvent; dissolving an organic sulfonic acid or a polymer of an organic sulfonic acid in a heated solvent; mixing the obtained two reactants to react them at a constant temperature, thereby preparing an organic sulfonic cyanoguanidine salt of the formula 1; and separating the prepared one.
