A flag hoisting device is provided to support the flag against a strong wind and a strong impact firmly by burying a holding mount under a ground surface. Plural holding mounts(3) are installed outside a holding plate having an insertion hole. A connecting bar is arranged at a center of the holding mount to couple the holding mounts with each other, so that the holding mounts are taken apart by a constant width. A fixing member fixes a lower end of a flag at a center of a connection bar. A bending groove(3') is formed under the holding mount of a flag hoisting device. A pair of coupling slices(31) are protruded from one lower side of the bending groove. One lower end of a holding member(1) is installed inside the coupling slices through a coupling pin(32). A holding element with a lower bent portion is formed on one side of the holding member. A fixing ring(33) is installed on the bending groove of the holding mount. A holding member insertion hole(33') is formed on the fixing ring. |
