A vehicle side-view mirror structure containing a camera is provided to remove blind spot area by displaying the area at the side and rear of the vehicle through visual image of the camera able to rotate horizontally and vertically. A vehicle side-view mirror structure containing includes a bottom plate(10) which has mounting holes(11) and assembly holes(12) on a raised portion(13), a camera mounting bracket(20) which is installed at the mounting hole of the bottom plate with a bolt(21) provided on the bottom surface of the mounting bracket having a support leg(22) bent upward at each end and a semi-circular shape plate(24) at rear end, a camera(30) which is mounted on the support legs of the mounting bracket in a way to rotate the camera, and a cover(40) which has assembly holes(42) on outer surface to be assembled to the bottom plate.
