A separated type stator structure of an automatic transmission is provided to control performance of a stator by operating rotatably the stator according to an oil pressure direction. A stator(10) includes a first hub(20) and a second hub(30). The first hub has a shape of circle and includes a wing part(21) formed at an outside thereof. A plurality of rotary protrusions(22) are formed at a constant interval in the first hub. The second hub includes a wing part(31) formed at an outside thereof. A plurality of grooves(32) corresponding to the protrusions of the first hub are formed at a constant interval in the second hub. Each of the grooves has a shape of circle. The stator is rotated according to an oil pressure direction by coupling the rotary protrusions of the first hub with the grooves of the second hub.
