A steel cord of a tire for improving the adherent property with rubber is provided to raise the corrosion resistance and reduce usage of an adhesive booster by coating a compound on the surface of each filament. A steel cord of a tire for improving the adherent property with rubber comprises a surface of each filament having a steel cord coated by a compound selected from a group including 3,5-Dihydroxybenxoic Acid 97% or 3-Hydroxybensoic Acid 99%. The steel cord melts the compound inside the wet lubricant with 1 to 50%, and coats the filaments after being impregnated into the wet lubricant for 15 to 80 seconds. The tire uses the steel cord as a reinforcing material.
