A fault diagnosis control method for a high-voltage relay of a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to warn a driver of the fault state of a relay and to prevent a breakdown of parts, an electric shock, or a fire by stopping all functions of the vehicle of a high voltage system at the same time when a fault of the high-voltage relay is detected.
