The invention relates to the rolling production and can be used for shaping of welded and seamless tubes by continuous cold or hot rolling. A mill of continuous rolling of shaped tubes includes input, molding and output parts. The input part consists of loading grid made in the form of rails with steps; a mechanism of keeper with stops, which have flat working surface and additional concave and convex sections; a lever system of measuring hopper of the delivery of tube billet; two deflectors; a mechanism for displacement of tube billet, which consists of a roller conveyer with transport rollers and levers of their raising in operating position connected together by common rod, and, at least, one driving transport wheel; and a mechanism for turning of tube billet, which is formed by pairs of idle rollers installed between transport rollers, and, at least, one rotary driving wheel. The molding part of the mill consists of reducing passes assembled in mill blocks, between which idle edging rolls are installed. Each mill block is assembled of three cassettes and is installed on common frame. The output part of the mill consists of swing-away roller, where the devices for fastening of rolled profile are installed, each of which is made in the form of a shaft, on one side of which two auger flanges with opposite slope angle are made, and on another - a rib throughout the entire length of the body, which alternate with transport driving rollers; a mechanism of removal in the transverse direction of profile; receiving pocket; and an end support at the end of shock-absorbing swing-away roller. The new design of the mill allows to roll tubes from traditional and low-plastic steels and alloys and to produce the shaped tubes of high quality with maximum size of 300х300х12 mm, to decrease the level of noise at operation of the mill, specific energy intensity and metal intensity per unit of output, period of trans-shipment to another dimension type of profiles. |
