摘要 Hydro-jack of motion of sections of mine working support has cylinder as thick wall pipe made of doped steel to one end of which head is welded, with dead bottom, it is provided at the end with opening for connection of hydro-jack to frame of section of mine working support, fixed to the free end of the pipe grundbox with cleaning element and sealing sleeve that interacts with the outer surface of the rod, rod made as thick-wall pipe with smaller diameter, made of doped steel as well, installed by means of sealing gaskets along the axis of the cylinder with possibility of reciprocal motion in axial direction at chosen strike, welded to free end of the rod pipe front head with opening for fixation at free end in the body of which in circle radial openings are provided, with welded booms for installation of fittings for supply of working fluid, and axial openings for separate feeding to rod and piston cavities, respectively, those are connected to each other with opening in the wall of rod pipe; fixed at the opposite end of the pipe to its outer surface piston with sealing sleeve that interacts with inner surface of the pipe of the cylinder. It is provided with installed along the long axis of rod mean for safe under mine conditions measurement of stroke of rod and with bringing information measured to outside, for instance by type of tightly packed to strong safety pipe with needed length sensitive elements with non-contact activation of those on basis of effect of magnetic induction at mutual displacement of the tube connected to motion of rod, with respect to installed without possibility of motion in given place of circular magnet, that for inner volume of the pipe rod is separated into two parts with installed coaxially additional pipe that is rigidly fixed with front end at the ends of the front head and with the other end is welded to inner surface of the rod pipe, with formation in the first part of free central volume along axis of rod for placement of the measuring mean named, with formation in the second part of circular gap between the inner surface of the rod pipe and the outer surface of the pipe.
