The invention relates to electric engineering, in particular to polymer insulators and may be used at production constructions high-voltage apparatus of external performance. A polymer rod insulator comprises an insulating glass-plastic rod and insulating element united one with another by means of a binding agent, and metal tips. The insulating element is made as one-pies caver made of silicon rubber in the form of a body and ribs, which have active fillers. Active filler arehigh-molecular siloxane rubber or vulcanized liquid rubber composed of two components on A and B with ratio 1:1(mas.p).The technical result is enhancement of maintainability of polymer insulator, decreasing power intensity, labour-intensiveness and increasing production manufacturability. |
