TECHNIQUE FOR JUXTAPOSING WOUND EDGES IN LARGE AREAS OF SKIN DEFECTS

A technique for juxtaposing the wound edges in the large areas of the skin defects comprises the detachment of the skin from the subcutaneous fat by 1-5 cm depending on the area of the skin defect. The lower layer of derma is fixed by the separate sutures. The second row of the sutures is applied while the edges of the wound are tightened fixing derma to the lower edge closer to the cut. The edges of the wound are approached with hypercorrection. The juxtaposed edges are sutured intracutaneously.
