A rotary motion transmission system with two relatively movable cylindrical engagement surfaces has two wheels that have cylindrical engagement surface. Both wheels are assembled of discs with hubs at outer diameters of which openings are placed, with axles number of which depends on transmission module. On the axles by slide fit roller bearings are placed, those have possibility of rotation about axis.
