The invention relates to organic chemistry, in particular to novel derivatives of 4-imino-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinazoline-2-one heterocyclic system of general formula:wherein Alk =СНСНВОН, CHCHNMe, 2-morpholineethyl,СНСНCHВОН, CHCHCHNMe, H-CH,СНСНСН(СН), n-СН, (1-ethylpyrrolidine-2-yl)methyl,and to a process for the preparation thereof. Said compounds can be used as bioactive substances, as well as initial compounds for the preparation of new pharmacologically valuable derivatives, in particular analogs of antihypertensive preparations.The invention is based on simple and efficient process for the preparation of desired compounds by reaction of anthranilonitryl with phenylchloroformiate at 110°Сin organic solvent (for instance, in tolyol) followed by further interaction of prepared N-(2-cyanophenyl)-O-phenylcarbamate with monoalkyl amines at 80°Сin organic solvent (for instance, in acetonitryl). Yield of the desired product is 76-85%. |
