A method for producing the ferroconcrete ties with anchors immured on under-rail platforms inclined toward different sides includes installation of anchors into the mold and their fastening, steel stressing, filling of the mold with concrete mixture and its consolidation, hot working of mixture and separation of tie from the mold. For decreasing the labor expense for producing of ties before fastening of anchor in the mold into the clearance between the wall of anchor, which is turned in the tie toward its center, and mold a tapered insert is pushed up to the contact with them, in which the angle of inclination of the planes, which contact with anchor and mold, is greater than the angle of inclination of under-rail platform to the supporting plane of tie. The insert is extracted simultaneously with separation of tie from the mold. |
