A pulser of a milking unit comprises a body with chambers of varying atmospheric pressure and that subatmospheric of controlling unit and controlled one which are united by a joint chamber of constant subatmospheric pressure having a spout by which the pulser is connected to a source of subatmospheric pressure, in the chambers valves and membranes are arranged in such a manner as to allow moving thereof. The controlling and controlled units have controlling chambers. The controlling unit and the controlled one have rods with axial openings in which a hollow slide with a radial opening and a throttle channel made in the part which is in the controlling unit of the pulser is arranged in such a manner as to allow axial movement and rotation thereof. In the slide a stopper with collars and a tube with a radial opening at the end are arranged in such a manner as to allow moving and fixing thereof. The chambers of varying vacuum-gage and atmospheric pressures of the controlling unit and the controlling chamber of the controlled unit of the pulser are connected through the opening and an internal groove additionally arranged in the rod of the controlling unit.
