The inventive intended reinforcement bar is provided with open crescent inclined transversal projections embodied on the surface thereof. The tops of the adjacent projections are arranged on the mutually perpendicular axial planes of the bar. The ratio between the maximum height of the transversal projection and the path thereof ranges from 0.12 to 0.3, a specific bearing surface per unit length of the transversal projections is equal to or higher than 0.07. The contact angle of the crescent projection with the bar ranges from 140 to 180°.
