FIELD: production methods; engines and pipes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes the producing of vane with allowance by the beforehand made draft, the realizing of feather twisting of vane storage and allowance moving off. The mentioned draft of the vane storage is done by method of rotating of every finished vane section, perpendicularly to its axis, in its plane relatively to the base profile. By this draft it is defined the length the vane storage edge and compare them. Then it is defined the level of deformation by vane edge elongation of the vane storage during twisting. It is corrected the draft of the vane storage in wave-shaped on the areas with level of deformation by vane edge elongation of the vane storage during twisting, equal or increasing the possibility of vane material. The vane edge storage is made by wave-shaped method by removing of utmost points of the vane edge storage in planes, situated parallelly to the vane axis, drawing through mentioned points parallelly to the vane axis. ^ EFFECT: it is reduced the possibility of defect arriving and it is increased the exploited vane safty. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
