FIELD: textile industry, machines to extract fibre from bast stems, mainly flax. ^ SUBSTANCE: breaking-scutching machine to extract fibre from bast stock stems consists in device to enter the stems into the treatment zone, unit for their kneading and pressing with a mechanism switching the unit roller movement, several scutching drums. The mechanism switching the unit roller movement is made as a lever system capable to move by the operator's effort and providing the central disk required movement to engage with one of the adjacent disks, installed on the scutching drum shafts and chain drive movement from the central disk shaft to one of the kneading and pressing rollers. ^ EFFECT: simplifies machine structure, working conditions, decreases power inputs while operation. ^ 1 dwg |
