FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: dry powder inhaler for injection a dosage of medicine including container for medicine, air duct unit, attached to and pivotal against the container, container to receive a medicine dosage during the said pivotal movement, and counter for number of dosages, either having been distributed from the container or those that could be injected before the inhaler may be considered as empty. Counter includes the first component of the counter set off by one step at the said pivotal against the container movement, and the second component of the counter which moves intermittently at the movement of the first counter component. There is a pivoted intermediate drive mechanism, meshing with the first and the second components. The first component of the indicator drives the pivotal intermediate drive mechanism. The said pivotal intermediate drive mechanism intermittently drives the second indicator component at the movement of the first indicator component. The first and the second components of the indicator have designations corresponding to a number of dosages either having been distributed from the container or those that could be injected before the inhaler may be considered as empty. ^ EFFECT: improves counter mechanism operation, simplifies readability and interpretation of counter readings. ^ 37 cl, 8 dwg |
