FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for noise evaluation in communication system includes a correlation device and a signal noise calculation device. The correlation device is intended to correlate the set of subcarrier frequencies with reference sequence on per element basis and to output the result of correlation. The device of signal noise calculation is intended to calculate the difference between the correlation value related to each subcarrier and the correlation value related to at least one adjacent subcarrier. ^ EFFECT: possibility to evaluate carrier to interference and noise ratio as a single parameter of receiving efficiency in wireless communication system. ^ 42 cl, 11 dwg
