FIELD: motors and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to internal combustion engines (ICE), in particular, to four-tier ICE. Four-tier internal combustion engine is a spatial four-link chain, installed between two parallel walls. Change of angles between two links results in change of volume inside four-link chain, which is a working chamber. One extreme position corresponds to compression, middle position corresponds to driving stroke. Movement in other opposite extreme position corresponds to exhaust, movement in reverse direction corresponds to suction, to middle position, then again compression, and process is repeated. One of links is rigidly fixed to shaft that rotates gear wheel by appropriate angle, and gear wheel is part of spur gear transducer of gear wheel oscillating movements into rotation of flywheel. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency factor of engine, reduction of dimensions, simplification of design and higher reliability of engine. ^ 1 dwg |
