FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to surgery, and concerns acute pancreatitis prevention associated with direct duodenum surgery. For this purpose 0.01% octreotide solution dosed 5 mkg of dry substance per hour is introduced using intraduodenal probe installed within operation procedure. Introduction is carried out continuously within 3 days after operation. Method provides modelling of physiological regulating mechanism of pancreatic exosecretion duodenal stimulators by inhibited hyperproduction of duodenal peptide stimulators of pancreatic secretion and inflammatory hypostasis of duodenum wall and, as consequence, prevents development of pancreatic intraductal hypertensia, enables to considerably lower rate of acute postoperative pancreatitis at minimisation of octreotide system by-effects. ^ EFFECT: development of effective method of treatment and prevention of acute pancreatitis associated with direct duodenum surgery. ^ 2 ex |
