FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: ball 3 is inserted into tubular billet of sleeve-shaped casing 1. Ends of sleeve-shaped casing 1 are pressed until its internal diameter coincides with external diameter of nozzles 2. Billets of nozzles 2 are manufactured by making annular bores inside ends of nozzles 2, which are intended for contact with ball 3. Support rings 5 and annular seals 4 are inserted into these bores. Internal ends of nozzles 2 are inserted inside sleeve-shaped casing 1 until their contact via annular seals 4 with ball 3. Flanges 6 with annular bore are put on ends of sleeve-shaped casing 1 and external ends of nozzles 2. Flanges 6 are pressed with fixed force and welded to casing 1 and nozzles 2. ^ EFFECT: facilitation of globe vale manufacture and increase of efficiency and reliability of its operation. ^ 1 dwg
