FIELD: production methods. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains hermetical working chamber as the rotational body with several source of ultrasonic vibrations, symmetrically situated through the circle. The working chamber is done as removable and provided with separator of the stream. Every source of vibration is done as stalky magnetostriction transducer and provided with multifacet links of emission, having the thru hole. The central part of the separator is done as hollow cylinder in profile with internal partition with the thru holes, situated from different sides of the partition. The peripheric part of separator is done as plate disc. The link of emission is done as rectangular parallelepiped, with transformer it is connected by one of its middle edge. The surface of the free middle edge is situated in the plane of the thru hole of the peripheric part of separator. ^ EFFECT: it is increased the efficiency of processing and process productivity. ^ 16 cl, 4 dwg |
