FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyor comprises poles, endless closed on drums belt designed with a load bearing and idle branches, rollers assembled on poles, the said rollers rotate around axis and support the belt. Belt edges are made with projections inwardly directed against the belt outline, the projections are of a triangular shape, and slants directed to inside surface of the belt form a blunt angle of 105-115 deg. Belt edges on the load- bearing and idle branches are supported by rollers located above each other in pairs; the rollers have cylindrical rims and are able to interact with the said slants of the edge projections and with the outside surface of belt ridges. The rollers interacting with the slants of edge projections are assembled into one cartridge. Arrangement of the rollers interacting with outside surface of the belt corresponds to the middle of the base of the edge projections. ^ EFFECT: invention allows simplification and reduction of cost of a conveyor design. ^ 2 dwg |
