FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for automatic control of boiler electrostatic precipitator coprises electrostatic precipitator bin equipped with level gage, connected to gears of electrostatic precipitators shaking actuator, pressurizing system, transmission and summing pipeline, transfer bin with two units of dust pneumatic transport with electrovalves, inlet of every unit of dust pneumatic transport is communicated with relevant electrostatic bin and outlet - with summing pipeline. Unit of dust pneumatic transport is designed as shutter mounted into body having the possibility of vertical movements from outlet of air nozzle to seat of outlet of fitting dust from bin, outlet hole of body is connected with dust supply pipeline and outlet of air supply pipeline is connected through electrovalve with receiver connected to air pressuring source. ^ EFFECT: reduces air consumption and improves apparatus reliability. ^ 2 dwg |
