The device has a pre-expanded inlet valve (12) including a rod (38) directly coupled to a pre-expanded membrane (10) perpendicular to the valve (12). A check valve (13) is integrated coaxially to the rod by being mounted slidingly in a cylinder (40) of a sealed envelope body (1) of the device, such that an upper end (42) of the check valve is supported in a sealed manner on a valve seat (14) during functioning of the device. The check valve is formed of a sleeve in elastomer material. A lever (22) is mounted pivotally on a support part integrated to the body. |
