<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate suitable for the anti-glaring of a liquid crystal display element or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of anti-glare glass substrate comprises: a process of preparing a coating liquid by blending a silica sol (A) comprising an oligomer of which the crosslinking is formed from SiO<SB>4/2</SB>as crosslinking units and the number average molecular weight expressed in terms of polystyrene ranges from 300 to 1,000 and a silica sol (B) comprising an oligomer of which the crosslinking is formed from silicon oxide having the bonding of allyl group and silicon as crosslinking units and the number average molecular weight expressed in terms of polystyrene ranges from 500 to 1,000; and a process of applying the coating liquid onto the glass substrate using a spin coating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
