FIELD: mining; hydraulic means of driving movable parts of full-face machines used for making tunnels in underground mining of minerals. ^ SUBSTANCE: full-face machine hydraulic system includes oil pump unit and oil tank which are connected by means of pipelines to flow control and distributive valves of the caterpillar truck hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders which control machine working heads, horizontal thrusts and drilling device. The machine oil pump unit is equipped with two variable capacity type axial-piston pumps and one twin type gear pump. The hydraulic system comprises explosion and intrinsically safe electrohydraulic valve allowing to control the machine by using two interlocked hydraulic motors simultaneously in semi-automatic mode and separately in manual mode. The hydraulic control circuit of the working heads, conveyer, gathering blades, machine horizontal thrusts, drilling device and travel speed selection has a distribution manifold provided with hydraulic valves having integrated hydraulic locks. The oil tank is equipped with a drain filter whereas a pipeline connection is made in the form of an O-shaped gate. ^ EFFECT: simplification of arrangement of the machine pipeline system; enhancement of efficiency and reliability of the machine control hydraulic system; reduction of the volume of oil draining to the oil tank under pressure; decreasing the oil temperature in the hydraulic system and ambient air temperature around the machine; filtering all the volume of oil; enhancement of working conditions for the operating staff; reduction of electric power consumption. ^ 1 dwg |
