<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing method for saving labor of confirmation of an image by an operation manager and a program for making a computer execute the function. <P>SOLUTION: Smoothing information is compared with a plurality of pieces of master information preliminarily stored in a center side storage part 4 corresponding to operation circumstance information, and operation circumstance information corresponding to the smoothing information is specified by a center side processing part 6.
