<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker capable of improving cooking performance by controlling a heating means with high accuracy, in particular, preventing firing of the oil accumulated in a tray free from water. <P>SOLUTION: A surface temperature of the heating means in a cooking chamber can be kept constant by keeping a surface temperature of the heating means 104 outside of the cooking chamber 103 constant by a temperature detecting means 106 and a power control means 107. Thus the surface temperature of the heating means 104 can be controlled with high accuracy to a temperature free from firing even when the oil drops, the firing can be prevented, and cooking performance can be improved as a heating object does not get burned by firing. Further by controlling the temperature to be free from firing and ignition of the oil accumulated in the tray (for example, 250°C), the risk of firing and ignition of the oil accumulated in the tray can be prevented, and safety can be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
