MATERIAL FOR FORMING DENTAL COPING IN PREPARING DENTAL REPAIR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of forming a dental coping by forming a material and heat-treating it, even with a little expertism.

SOLUTION: The material composition for use in forming a porous metal structure and a dental coping in the preparation of a dental repair material contains a metal particle composite in a matrix containing low melting point metal particles and at least 35-85 volume percent of medium melting point metal particles, wherein the medium melting point particles have a melting characteristic of about 4 to 50 volume percent melting of the each particle block of the medium melting point metal particles, during the heat treatment of the material composition for the formation of a porous metal structure.
