PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device that can be easily mounted, in matching with various shapes of mounting side shapes. SOLUTION: The antenna device is provided with an antenna module 3 provided with a ground plate 34 and an antenna element 31, made of a metal plate disposed with a predetermined interval from the ground plate 34; and an antenna cover 2 for covering the antenna module 3, where the antenna cover 2 is provided with an antenna-holding part 21 for holding the antenna module 3, and a mounting part 22 formed integrally with the antenna-holding part 21 and for mounting the antenna cover 2 on external equipment 5.
