PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic fluid measuring apparatus that can improve assemblability and measurement accuracy, and that can surely fix measurement flow passage. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic fluid measuring apparatus 10, partition plates 20 have right and left ends 20A, 20B provided on right and left support walls 36, 37 of the measurement flow passage 15 in the flow direction of a fluid 40, and is supported by right and left supports 48, 49 having upper and lower holding faces 122, 123 for holding the partition plates 20 in the thickness direction. A plurality of flat flow passages 41 are formed by the partition plates 20, and are stacked inside the measuring flow passage 15. The ultrasonic fluid measuring apparatus 10 is formed with an unevenness shape, having protrusions 51A, 52A on upper and lower holding faces 51, 52 in the supports.
