Laminar flow is formed in the detection channel 15; the first segment with a predetermined amount that is introduced by the first injector 9a and the second segment with a predetermined amount that is introduced by the second injector 9b are converged at a junction 17; the first segment and the second segment are diffused in the detection channel 15, in a direction perpendicular to the interface between the first segment and the second segment, and the first segment and the second segment are mixed instantaneously and react.
