PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light signal analyzer having a simple constitution, capable of determining the correlation of the fluctuation of light emitted from a sample, without being influenced by noise. SOLUTION: This light signal analyzer has a laser 10 for emitting excitation light, a microscope part 30 for acquiring light from the sample S, a fluorescence extracting part 20 for extracting fluorescence from the light acquired by the microscope part 30, and a processing part 40 for processing the fluorescence extracted by the fluorescence extracting part 20. The processing part 40 has a photodetector 41 for outputting a photodetection signal corresponding to the received light intensity, a fluorescence storage part 42 for storing fluorescence data corresponding to a fluorescence signal outputted from the photodetector 41, a noise storage part 44 for storing noise data corresponding to a noise outputted from the photodetector 41, a noise processing part 45 for outputting the processed data determined by subtracting the noise data from the fluorescence data, and a correlation operation part 43 for performing correlation operation by utilizing the processed data.
