PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device of an on-vehicle electric load capable of detecting disconnection of a plurality of electric loads, their positive electrode side wiring and negative electrode side wiring, and a commutation circuit, and discriminating and preserving an abnormality history. SOLUTION: The electric loads 103a-103f are energized and controlled from a driving power source 101 through switching elements 131a-131c, 181a-181f, and each anode terminal of commutation diodes 146a-146f connected in parallel to each electric load is connected to a load GND 3 of each electric load by external common negative lines 104, 104x, 104y or external individual negative lines 104a-104c. A disconnection abnormality of the external common negative lines or the external individual negative lines is detected by negative line disconnection abnormality detection circuits 160A-160C. A load current in each electric load is detected by current detection resistances 141a-141f and differential amplifying circuits 150a-150f for current detection, and it is determined that individual abnormality happens, when a detection current is far from a target current.
