PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with new entertaining potentialities by executing players' original performances. SOLUTION: A game machine made up of its main body and a card reader makes a liquid crystal display device display an image of default from a default performance command (E3: Yes) when no game card is inserted into a card feed/discharge port while outputting a BGM of default from a speaker (E4). When a game card is inserted into the card feed/discharge port, an image different from that for the performance of default is displayed from a special performance command (E5, E9 and E13: Yes) (E10 and E14) while a BGM different from that of default is outputted from the speaker (E6).
