The present invention relates to a combination comprising quetiapine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and zolmitriptan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, pharmaceutical compositions, processes for its preparation, the use thereof in the manufacture of a medicament and a method of treatment of disease and more particularly to a method of treatment of diseases typically treated with 5-HT_1D agonists and/or atypical antipsychotics, in particularly, migraine, related conditions and for reducing or eliminating of migraine recurrence.
