The control element (30) has magnets (18) arranged on a surface of a movable part that faces a fastening part, where the magnet is magnetized in a direction of an optical axis of a lens (31) of a movable part. Upper and lower coils (16A, 16B) are arranged on a surface of the fastening part that faces the magnets. Upper and lower magnetic materials (27A, 27B) are arranged on both sides of the magnets in the direction of the axis to control magnetic flux of the magnets in the direction of the coils. The lens is arranged in a hollow section of a cylindrical carrier (11) of the movable part. An independent claim is also included for an electronic device with an electronic circuit and a lens control element.
