<p>The arrangement has a resonance-Raman-spectrometer (1), and a micro-channel (4) filled with a fluid and connected with a device for discharging liquids. A micro-channel section (31) is provided with an optically transparent detection window (5), and forms a flow cell (2) and an outlet opening (6) of the arrangement. The flow cell is adapted and adjusted to a detection position, where the cell is made of silicon and glass. A self-regenerating thin film passes a separation fluid into another micro-channel (3) and the micro-channel section between segments and a channel wall. An independent claim is also included for a method for quantitative analytics by using the nano-particle-reinforced Raman- and/or resonance Raman spectroscopy using the measuring arrangement.</p> |
