<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press plate which has no possibility of generating printing staining even if printing pressure is made strong for preventing printing from generating a thin spot in the press plate for flexographic printing. <P>SOLUTION: Exposure to light is performed from the surface side of a resin printing plate 5' by using a negative film N1 (W2), and then, exposure to light is performed from the back surface side of the resin printing plate 5' by using a negative film N2 (W3), and thereafter, development is performed (W4).
