摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator system which is capable of obtaining identification of a working unit and in which the working unit can be easily washed and sterilized. <P>SOLUTION: A manipulator 10 includes an actuator block 30 having motors 40, 41, 42 and the working unit 16 attached to and detached from the actuator block 30 and having an end working portion 12 disposed at the distal end of a connecting shaft 48 to rotate by working with the motors 40, 41, 42. The working unit 16 has a two-dimensional bar code 104 holding an identification signal for identifying an individual. The actuator block 30 has an infrared camera I106 for recognizing the identification signal in the bar code 104 and being not in contact with the bar code 104 and supplying the identification signal to a controller 514.
