<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an industrial slip preparation system hardly used in illegal dumping is urgently required, as to an industrial waste slip carried together with an industrial waste in operation of an ASP system, wherein an ASP connecting an electronic manifest (electronic M) computer to easily join to an electronic M with an electronic M member terminal is operated in some companies, while information exchange with complicated processing by electronic information is essential for the electronic M, in all of an emission enterprise, a collection conveyance company, and a disposal company. <P>SOLUTION: An ASP computer consolidetes information of the emission enterprise, the collection conveyance company, and the disposal company, to save labors as to industrial waste slip preparation, data management and the like in the whole trade, and a mechanism is constructed so that only the company concluded with the emission enterprise, assigned by an emission institution and set in the ASP can issue the industrial waste slip with the emission enterprise, the emission institution, and the company selected out of the companies assigned by the emission institution and set in the ASP, and the illegal dumping is thereby suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
