<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste water treatment apparatus which can sufficiently diffuses bubbles into sludge-containing liquid with a relatively low power to increase dissolved oxygen in the sludge-containing liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The organic waste water treatment apparatus comprises a biological treatment tank for aerobically biologically treating organic waste water with activated sludge containing aerobic microorganisms, an air diffuser, of which the air diffusing part for discharging bubbles to supply the bubbles into the biological treatment tank is arranged in the biological treatment tank, and a liquid introduction mechanism for introducing a liquid into the biological treatment tank.
