<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering inorganic substances from plastics, which enables the inorganic substances to be isolated and recovered from plastic molded products that contain a glass fiber and calcium carbonate as the inorganic substances. <P>SOLUTION: The method has a plastic decomposition step of treating the plastic molded products that contain the glass fiber and calcium carbonate as the inorganic substances with a subcritical fluid, to decompose the plastic into monomers and/or oligomers, an inorganic substances separating step of separating the monomers and oligomers that have been formed by the decomposition from the inorganic substances, a calcium carbonate dissolving step wherein hydrochloric acid is supplied to the water containing the separated inorganic substances, to dissolve the calcium carbonate into the water, and the glass fiber separating step of separating the glass fiber component by filtering the water dissolving the calcium carbonate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
