<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo-bamboo with knots prepared by using a regenerated PET resin of a PET bottle and applying extrusion molding and vacuum molding. <P>SOLUTION: The pseudo-bamboo 1 with the knots 2 of regenerated PET bottles is produced by extrusion molding a hollow pipe-like or semi-circular extruded material using a regenerated PET resin prepared by repelletizing by using a PET bottle pulverized product, a high density polyethylene and a thickening agent, and immediately after that by performing knots-making molding on an extruded material by vacuum molding as a series of continuous process. It is possible to perform the knots-making molding preventing a draw down phenomenon during extrusion molding, and impact resistance of 9.0-9.5 kJ/m<SP>2</SP>or higher at an Izod impact test can be obtained. In addition, the pseudo-bamboo 1 which solves generation of cracks generated by nailing a pseudo-bamboo of a conventional ABS resin, can be prepared thereby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
