<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: conventionally, in order to perform highlight display, replacement processing of data has to be carried out after performing arithmetic processing of an image, the processing burden is imposed. <P>SOLUTION: A display controller controls display on a display panel with a plurality of scanning lines, and the controller assigns a scanning line highlight display by assigning the scanning line for highlight display among the scanning lines, the controller divides each frame image into a 1st field and a 2nd field for displaying. Then, the display controller performs control so as to scan all the scanning lines in the 1st field and to scan only the scanning line for highlight display in the 2nd field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
